La Tasca
Founded in 1993, La Tasca opened its doors determined to provide the UK with a real & authentic taste of Spain and having been thoroughly spoilt on the food shoots thus far, I can verify the food and cocktails are amazing!
The Brief:
Food and drink photography was done in their test kitchen at Euston, my first shoot with them being on my birthday last year and I have to say, it was no hardship as they are such lovely people!
I was asked to shoot a mixture of top down and angled shots, showing the final prepared dishes using the La Tasca crockery. They wanted a natural set up with fresh lighting to produce bright and colourful images. The chefs beautifully presented the food but I did the prop styling together with the marketing team to ensure all images were in line with the branding.
Images were to be used for menu’s, advertising on A boards, website, blogs and social media. I must say, I love nothing better than seeing my work pop up on my Instagram feed!
Rebecca is a joy to work with! Her experience with working with food means she knows how to elevate the dishes to make them look picture perfect. We’re always delighted with the finished works.
